We love these so much, I’ve now bought 4, so each member of the family has one. Perfect for game nights, stepping stones during “floor is lava” and comfy seats for meditating or playing on the floor with young kids. Especially love that the covers are machine washable. Highly recommend!

Recently I realized that chair meditation was making me feel a bit more distracted and disconnected than I'd like. The height of this zafu makes it comfy to sit on the floor and feel more grounded even during longer meditation sits. Love it!

It took me months to pick out which color zafu I wanted and I love that I went with the Ocean blue. I also recently bought the neck wrap in Spruce and love the two colors together. Back to the zafu... Generally, I'm moving a mile a minute, so these last two years I've focused on slowing down and being still. To encourage me to do that, I wanted to make my stillness pauses comfortable and beautiful and my zafu does just that. I joined a Monday morning meditation group and have felt so many benefits of more stillness. I also use my zafu when I sit on the floor to stretch or pet/brush my dog. The Olive & Olde's zafu has high quality, local filling and has kept its shape (and beauty) over a year of use! I definitely have dreams of a collection of zafus.

I love my Olive and Olde's zafu because it is so much more than a meditation pillow! I use it as my seat in my morning ritual of grounding myself with my coffee and my journal. I use it on my lap when I am working on my computer on the couch. And it's the perfect extra seat around our coffee table when we have more guests than we can fit on our couch. And on top of all of that, it's beautifully made, sturdy, and just generally nice to look at. 10/10 zafus all the way!
