Ready to take your sewing beyond the basics? This quilting workshop is designed for confident beginners who already have a good handle on the fundamentals and are ready for a bigger project.

In this 9-hour class over 3 sessions, you’ll learn how to cut, piece, and stitch your very own quilt top (Baby Quilt 34"x39" or Throw Size 66"x60")—all while connecting with fellow sewists in a welcoming, hands-on environment. Along the way, you’ll build confidence working with fabric, practice precision sewing techniques, and discover the joy of turning simple pieces into a cozy, functional work of art.

Quilting isn’t just about sewing—it’s about slowing down, collaborating, sharing inspiration, and enjoying the creative energy of a supportive group. You’ll leave class with not only a quilt top you made yourself but also the pride, friendships, and confidence to tackle more quilting projects on your own.

Perfect for: Sewists who already have a good handle on the basics (our Intro to Sewing class is a great prerequisite!).
Format: 3 sessions, 3 hours each
You’ll walk away with: A completed quilt top, new sewing skills, a sense of accomplishment, and the joy of creating alongside a supportive community.

We’ll focus on completing your quilt top during class, and you’ll also leave with guidance on how to finish it into a full quilt at home or with a professional quilter.

Join us, connect with fellow makers, and discover just how rewarding it feels to craft something beautiful together.
