Bought this for myself to help with cramps and general muscle tension and it is perfection. I tend to heat it the full 90 seconds and it holds the heat for a solid amount of time. The weight is also really nice. I would highly recommend getting yourself one!

Purchased this comfort pack in the beautiful and warm Sol color for a dear friend with a cold, winter birthday. She's someone who loves to cozy up on the couch and who also gets pretty bad cramps during her cycle, so this was a no brainer.
