Each of us have experienced loss in some form at some time. For many this loss is compounded with the current events that are happening. There are often many challenging emotions to navigate after loss and it can feel like we are alone.

This offering is to support being with heavy emotions with the support of each other. Through discussion, journaling, and guided meditation we will allow space to notice, allow, integrate, and rest.

This is a 3 part series held the fourth Monday of each month May-July 6:00p-8:00p. One can choose to attend all 3 or only 1 or 2.
